We do not offer or lend "community" mats. Please bring your own yoga mat to all classes.

Yoga blocks and straps are available at the studio, except in the case of pandemics or other health threats.

We ask that students arrive between five and fifteen minutes before class is scheduled to begin (no earlier or later). This ensures that students from any preceding class have an adequate amount of time to gather any belongings and exit, so as to minimize the overall number of people in the studio. Please do not wait in the lobby more than fifteen minutes before class begins or gather before/after class with other students and teachers.

The studio door will be locked shortly after class starts, to prevent disturbance or other intrusion. If for any reason you feel anxious or uncomfortable during class, don't hesitate to exit immediately without permission or prior notification. Sarva Yoga has always been and will always be an accepting environment reserved for personal growth, not personal judgment. We want you to feel comfortable practicing yoga in our space. If you need to leave, no worries. Quietly step out and we'll see you next time.

To exit the studio, turn the lock counter-clockwise until the door unlocks. We'll re-lock the door after you.

Any written notice or completed form should be e-mailed to the studio: You may change or cancel a class booking online or by phone, text, or email.

Not all rules are listed in these terms. Sarva Yoga reserves the right to add, change or remove rules and conditions of participation in classes, workshops and other activities hosted at Sarva Yoga.

We shall not be liable to you or deemed to be in breach of these terms by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligations in relation to these Terms, if the delay was due to any cause beyond reasonable control, including, but not limited to, Acts of God, explosion, flood, storm, fire, war or threat of war, riot, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance, restrictions, regulations, by-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any government, parliamentary, or local authority, strikes, lockouts or other industrial action or trade disputes (whether involving our employees or those of any third party), I.T, viruses, difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labor, fuel, parts or machinery, power failure or breakdown in machinery.

No delay or failure by either party to exercise any of its powers, rights or remedies under these Terms will operate a waiver of them, nor will any single or partial exercise of any such powers, rights or remedies preclude any other or further exercise of them. Any waiver to be effective must be in writing.

If any part of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then such part will be severed from these Terms, the remainder of which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and shall have effect to the exclusion of any other memorandum, agreement, or understanding of any kind, whether oral or written, between parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with United States of America and Pennsylvania law, and the parties hereby agree to submit the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States of America and Pennsylvania.

Policy Updates:

During pandemics or other conditions that may limit our ability to accomodate classes at full capacity, classes will be restricted to twelve (12) students, and we will not allow last minute drop-ins.

During pandemics or other conditions where health department authorities mandate the wearing of protective masks and/or other equipment, we will require you to follow health department mandates and guidelines.

While we have always maintained a clean studio environment, additional measures will be adopted during pandemics or other health threats, including sanitizing all high contact surfaces often. Hand sanitizer will be made available for personal use.

If you aren't feeling well, or even if you are feeling well but have a cough, please act responsibly by staying home. Any coughing or sneezing in class will certainly create anxiety among some students.
