MATS & PROPS

We do not offer or lend "community" mats. Please bring your own yoga mat to all classes.

Yoga blocks and straps are available at the studio, except in the case of pandemics or other health threats.

LOBBY

We ask that students arrive between five and fifteen minutes before class is scheduled to begin (no earlier or later). This ensures that students from any preceding class have an adequate amount of time to gather any belongings and exit, so as to minimize the overall number of people in the studio. Please do not wait in the lobby more than fifteen minutes before class begins or gather before/after class with other students and teachers.

COMFORT

The studio door will be locked shortly after class starts, to prevent disturbance or other intrusion. If for any reason you feel anxious or uncomfortable during class, don't hesitate to exit immediately without permission or prior notification. Sarva Yoga has always been and will always be an accepting environment reserved for personal growth, not personal judgment. We want you to feel comfortable practicing yoga in our space. If you need to leave, no worries. Quietly step out and we'll see you next time.

To exit the studio, turn the lock counter-clockwise until the door unlocks. We'll re-lock the door after you.

HOW YOU SHOULD CONTACT US

Any written notice or completed form should be e-mailed to the studio: info@sarva-yoga.com. You may change or cancel a class booking online or by phone, text, or email.
